Abstract

The strategy of knowledge management in organization is to be different by the vision or characteristics of there business. There are two kinds of KM strategies. The one is IT oriented method and the other is human relationship oriented method. In this study, author tries to suggest the system suitable for the public institutions (governmental organizations) based on the case study about some countries. With suggestions stated above, this study examines the influence of private enterprises’ success key to KM on the public institutions.
